Ten of Totana school have made awards Drawing Contest "Security Grows 2014" whereby students are trained in occupational risk prevention.

The Mayor of Totana, María Isabel Sánchez, the Councillor for Education, Josefa Maria Sanchez Mendez, and the head of training at the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health of the Region of Murcia, Cesar Lopez, handed the awards event in which participated 187 drawings 5th grade students from the five centers participating in the contest.

This drawing contest is part of the campaign "Security Grows" is aimed at raising awareness, promotion and dissemination of occupational risk prevention in schools in the municipality.

The City Council in collaboration with the Institute and funding for Occupational Safety and Health has developed this campaign since 2004 "aware of the important and necessary work to educate on preventive culture undoubtedly the most effective way to create safe habits and patterns work ", as explained by the mayor of Education.

Also, the mayor pointed out that this campaign "Increased security" specifically geared to raise awareness and promote preventive culture in the school population of the municipality, that is aimed at Primary 5 pupils.

In the development of this campaign involved ten schools, with a total of 187 students, which of didactic comics with students have been filling and identifying risks in the classroom, on the street and at home.

Renato Garcia Gallego, Colegio La Cruz;

Fernández and Francisco Garcia of the San Jose school.
