Students from the compensatory education program Occupational Classroom Totana participated during the months of April to June in various workshops and activities whose primary purpose has been to complete the basic training of students.
These activities have included a visit to the Equestrian Center "Cavalli Foundation" site for everything related to the world of horses and training and possible career opportunities that exist.
And in the most artistic and creative areas have conducted three workshops in which young people have worked Association "Ministers of the Air".
First, they have participated in a music workshop through which students could become familiar with the use of different musical instruments stringed, wind and percussion, and the use of new technologies created and recorded a musical composition.
Also, have gathered in other Photography Workshop which have been able to start in understanding the mechanism and use of a camera and what has impressed them most was the potential of this workshop regarding the production process in the digital laboratory.
And finally, students have participated in a workshop on Graffiti: After a theoretical part of learning the technique and the development of an outline of what was going to paint, students moved to the place where they made the artwork with accompanying monitors that have led this workshop.

These complementary activities, along with those that have been conducted throughout the school year have been aimed at promoting the development of the personality of the students, so it was essential to go beyond the purely academic.
This training program also aims to compensate for social and cultural inequalities, taking into account the different abilities of students.
When developing the program, at the beginning of the school year, have sought proposals from the students themselves, provided in this regard in order to encourage participation and dialogue in the classroom and adaptation to the peculiarities and interests students.
In addition to the above effort has been made to others throughout the school year, as were: drug prevention workshop, sexual affective education, social skills and conflict resolution, multiculturalism, on the prevention of violence, visit Initial Vocational Training Program Cuisine Lorca visit Archaeological Site La Bastida, among others.
