The Employment Development Department reports that the registration period is now open until June 17 for those who wish to work through the program of the County Councils.
Workers who wish to participate in the program must be registered in the municipality for at least one month prior to that date, and maintain that status both at the time of the application, as in recruitment;
have contributed as worker a minimum of 540 days in the Special Agricultural Scheme of Social Security and / or the Special Scheme for Agricultural Beyond Counting General System of Social Security.
They must be in one of the following situations: being registered worker in the Special Scheme for Agricultural Beyond Counting General System of Social Security (codes 0161 and 0163 regime);
be recipient of unemployment benefit, unemployment benefit, active insertion income or financial aid to accompany the retraining program for people who have exhausted their unemployment benefits (PREPARE);
be expected in the month prior to applying for unemployment for the depletion of the contributory benefits referred to in Article 215.1.1 of the Legislative General Law on Social Security (RD
1/1994 of 20 June);
have contributed at least one day in the Special Scheme for Agricultural Beyond Counting General Regime of Social Security on January 1, 2014 (codes 0161 and 0163 regime);
be participating as an active worker in one of the works included in the announcement last year of the program to promote rural employment "Regional Information Employment Councils."
