The Department of Trade of the City of Totana processed a total of 22 administrative proceedings for hawking, of which 19 of them were initiated for serious offenses, usually by hawking exercise without any permission or license, so that these very serious offenses are punishable by a fine of 300.50 euros.
The remaining three cases were brought for committing misdemeanor, which are punishable by a fine of 120.20 euros.
In addition, 13 of the 22 cases have already been resolved and sent to the Municipal Bureau of Internal Revenue for collections management.
Finally, in 2013 the necessary steps past the open records followed in previous years and still not resolved for several reasons.
