More than 700 people gathered at the "Gala Dinner Carnival 2014" which took place in the "sights" restaurant, witnessed the proclamation of "The Muse", Rosi Valero and "Don Carnal", David Montes, in an act that start the officially scheduled activities this year to celebrate the Carnival 2014 in Totana.
