Ecovalia (former ASAC) is the umbrella Association and certifies thousands of operators of organic farming in several Spanish regions, and audits and controls about half of the area and production of organic farming in Spain.
According to sources COATO, this award is given to Francisco Casero, on its merits as a driver from the ASAC, organic farming in Spain, which is located at the head of the ecological area of the countries of the European Union.
