Members of the Commission on Disability Regional Assembly of Murcia Totana visited today in order to see the facilities and operation of the Day Care Centre "José Moya Trilla" and Early Childhood Center "Princess Letizia" respectively.
The deputies met at City Hall with city officials in order to address some issues related to this matter and publicize the work firsthand parliamentary commission has done this.
The regional parliament, accompanied by the Councillor for Social Care, Josefa Maria Sanchez, have met with technical teams Day Center "José Moya Trilla" and Early Childhood Center "Princess Letizia" and have been chatting with some of the users treated in the same.
The Special Commission on Disability is chaired by Deputy Thomas Violante, his vice is Jesus Navarro and Secretary Maria Dolores Soler, while others are members who compose Severa Gonzalez, Juan Guillamón, Gregorio Morales, Manuel Soler Look, Teresa and Jose Rosillo Antonio Pujante.
The Commission on Disabilities, initially created by the Regional Assembly plenary on May 7, 2012, continues its work until the end of term by unanimous agreement of the three political forces represented in parliament.
The Commission has proposed since last February through all and each of the disabled care centers in the Region of Murcia and established a visitation schedule that includes spending two days a week, on Mondays and Fridays, to fulfillment; such that travel more than a hundred infrastructures spread throughout the region.
