Councilmember Business, Productive Sectors and employment promotion, Jose Baeza and technical MarÍa of this Department have held a meeting with the regional president of the Association of Independent Workers of the Region of Murcia (ATA), Yolanda Paredes, in order to establish areas of collaboration under a collaboration agreement which will include the implementation of measures and activities for the promotion of employment and consolidation.
Some matters has placed special emphasis on the difficulties to access to training professional this collective because, not part and the "Tripartite Foundation" so that freelancers are not eligible for aid for training This foundation offers, as well as joint action to apply to different agencies measures of access to subsidized training for self-employed.
In addition, the president of ATA is committed to bringing City government is collective needs and to put the provision of the City Council services provided to freelancers and entrepreneurs.
It has also discussed the possible planning a series of activities and exchange of information that will materialize in that agreement, expected to be signed in September, beginning this collaboration with ATA participation in a Conference to Promote Employment and Entrepreneurship that were developed in mid-September at the Business Incubator of Totana (VIVEM).
