The Carnival Supporters' Federation and the Department of Celebration organized called "Noche de Carnaval. Festival Hat," an initiative to be held in the evening of this Saturday, the 13th, at Municipal Auditorium "Marcos Ortiz".
Celebrations Councilman Alfonso Cayuela, and representatives of the Federation of Peņas Carnival presented this activity included in the program of festivities Santiago'2013 and held for the first time in Totana.
