Once you know the report of the Legal Council of the Region of Murcia, and the potential economic impact that can have the delay of this matter, the Municipal Socialist Group has submitted to the Mayor the following proposal:
"After learning and studying the report of the Legal Council of the Region of Murcia (CJRM) on request of the Mayor to this body refund about El Raiguero agreement, we conclude that this body urges the council to comply with the judgment the Supreme Court on the invalidity of the agreement between the council and INMONUAR SL, warning that the delay in the fulfillment of this judgment financial harm the interests of the City.
Therefore, we urge the President of the corporation to immediately convene the full, competent body for it, in order to comply with the Supreme Court ruling and CJRM demand.
Warning him not to be solely your responsibility and in that case shall be personally the harm they cause to the municipal coffers. "
