The municipal company PROINVITOSA recently awarded construction four modular industrial buildings, a promotion located in plot P-38 Industrial Estate Phase IV "The Salt Marsh" Totana.
These works have been awarded to the company "Metal Construction Metalco, SL".
This new project of modular buildings sits on a plot of 1,660 square meters of which will be four industrial buildings between 200 and 300 square meters each.
All ships will have spaces annexes and services of electricity, water and telecommunications.
These ships are intended for sale and hire-purchase option
The construction of four ships, which will begin in the coming days and whose execution time is two months, involving a total investment of approximately 350,000 euros.
