The Government has approved a new Comprehensive Plan for Housing and Land that aims to facilitate access to housing, improving the energy efficiency of buildings and fuel growth and employment, according to the president of the PP, Bartholomew Peņalver.
This is true because of the Rehabilitation Act, Urban Regeneration and Renewal ICO including a 1,000 million to rehabilitate homes and buildings and the State Housing Plan 2013-2016 to provide decent housing to the most disadvantaged groups, in preference to the hopeless.
Furthermore, Peņalver said establishing measures for energy efficiency and use of renewable because from June will have a mandatory energy performance certificate.
