The Department of Sports has organized for Saturday 13 April a conference on "Basic Techniques of Hiking", which will be directed by Javier Ramirez Melgarejo, environmental educator in the Regional Park Espuña physical activities and sports technician.
The day will consist of a theoretical part and a practical part.
In the theoretical part which will take place from 9 to 14 hours of that Saturday will study topics as diverse as the orientation in nature, route design, studying maps, using canes, etc..
In the afternoon, 16 to 18 hours will be the practical part.
Entries can now be formalized at a price of 10 euros in the Sports Pavilion "Manolo Ibáñez".
