The mayor, Isabel Maria Sanchez, and the Councillor for Citizen Participation and Neighborhood Relations, Maria Josefa Sanchez, recently met with representatives of the neighborhood groups-Cantareros Paretón to review the needs of the council and continue the development of joint actions.
The meeting was attended by members of the Neighborhood Association, the neighborhood, the AMPA CEIP "Guadalentín" of the district and the Association of Housewives.
During the meeting the neighbors raised the need to solve some problems of public lighting in streets of the hamlet, patching roads and rural roads and vandalism taking place both in the doctor's office as a social center.
Also expressed concern about the alleged outsourcing the sports complex "Guadalentín" and addressed the actions promoted by the Consistory to fix moisture problems appeared in the chapel "Our Lady of the Rosary" Cantareros.
It was also agreed an initiative of AMPA to paint and decorate with the Municipality patios and some areas of the school, so that the Consistory provide labor and material for AMPA such action.
