The Segura basin (CHS) has agreed the fee waiver driving waters Tajo-Segura and fee rate by driving water infrastructure Postrasvase for the year 2012.
The Department of Agriculture reports that this ministerial resolution is set within the urgent measures to alleviate the damage caused by torrential rainstorm took place last September 28.
The CHS has communicated the order to the City of Totana for dissemination in order to proceed with the cancellation of the fee adjustment.
The CHS has decided to annul the calculations performed for the tax year 2012, applying the exemption of contributions for fixed and variable costs of operating these fees.
Also, remember that taxpayers are entitled, if any, to a refund of the amounts paid.
