From the Cabildo Totana processions, we want to inform all our deepest totaneros discomfort about the occurrence, on Shrove Tuesday , a group of people, to disguise simulating components band of drums and bugles Illustrious Cabildo Totana Higher processions, and walk through the streets of Totana causing tremendous discomfort Nazarene world.
We understand this act as an attempt to ridicule, somehow, to those who, by their affection for the Holy Week totanera, working every day with the sole purpose of enhancing our traditions.
So, from the Board of Cabildo we are obliged to make public our fervent support for the drum and bugle band council and all the musical accompaniments (drum bands, groups and orchestra) of our sororities and fraternities to encourage them to continue working for our Easter and for the people of Totana beyond where they are needed, and are not compromised by actions outside the Nazarene feel, ultimately trying to distort the image of the Easter totanera.
While we raise our voices to be known to all totaneros, our request for an explanation to such offense to those persons or entities who were participants in this public display.
