An administrative reorganization in the City of Totana announced a few weeks ago by municipal officials from tomorrow entails relocation and physical movement of some Councillors and municipal services in various departments to promote centralization and optimization.
This has been explained Totana Mayor, Isabel Maria Sanchez, who recalled that during this time the changes are being made and services workers framed the new Administrative Reorganization Plan which ends after a year and a half of fiscal adjustment measures, and includes the creation of six macro-areas and advocates "transversal management of human and material resources."
An administrative reorganization, involving no change of Councillors but the relocation of services and staff, takes place after the application of the package in terms of personnel and cost containment to achieve stability and a balanced budget.
Thus, from the next day intervention services are located in the old part of the second floor of the main building (Constitution Square), Statistics and Education are in the old part of the ground floor of the main building.
In addition, areas of Popular Culture, Celebrations, Office of Tourism, Handicraft, Agriculture and Trade Water and placed in the old part of the ground floor of the main building, where previously located Intervention.
For its part, the Department of Citizen Participation Sociocultural Center moves to "Jail", which also remain Youth, Informajoven and a new Municipal Information Point of the different municipal areas.
The councils and other services will remain where they did before.
