Class schedules will be on Mondays and Fridays, 17:00 to 18:00, for children between 8 and 12 years, as the 13 and up are included in the group of young people and adults.
Since the club is to encourage all those @ s @ s interested to try something different and surely bring them physically fit and a nice practice, free of tension and stress, as the Aikido to be a martial art where there provides for the competition at any time you feel the need to prove anything to anyone, for that reason is suitable for all ages, sexes and different types of fitness.
