The works for the second phase chronological implementation of the "General Sanitation Collector Lebor" are already underway, with a total of 1,351,792.45 euros, which were authorized by the Governing Council at its last meeting regional of last June.
This second phase of work includes the connection of the collector from the Rambla de Lebor up its connection to the Camino de Juan Teresa (behind COATO), whose wastewater is subsequently communicated to the treatment plant Totana.
Work on the sanitation collector contemplated Lebor, overall, two stages of implementation, both funded by the Autonomous Community and in full amount to more than 2.8 million.
This infrastructure includes 80 percent of aid from the Cohesion Fund of the European Union.
The collector south, 5.1 kilometers, will link the general emissary Totana Station Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), and collect the wastewater generated in the south and the deputation of Lebor.
For several months are being undertaken in this council the works of the first phase, which was authorized in June 2011, entitled "General Collector Totana sanitation south" and that had a budget of 1.5 million euros and the execution of the work of the collector from the urban center of the hamlet and to the Rambla de Lebor.
This action will allow the connection to the network of some 3,500 inhabitants, households, industries and commercial facilities and service throughout the area.
The execution was carried out in annuities in 2012 and 2013.
This infrastructure includes 80 percent of aid from the Cohesion Fund of the European Union.
The collector, 4.1 kilometers long, will connect the general emissary Totana Station Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and collect the water generated in the deputation of Lebor totanera.
The performance is part of the General Plan of cleansing and purifying of the Region of Murcia.
The construction of this manifold is a further step in proceedings conducted by the regional government to provide more and better quality water.
