For the first time a school in Totana has participated in a Regional Meeting of the World Dance

It was last May 11 when a group of 30 students from 4th grade primary school CEIP Santa Eulalia, accompanied by its director, Paqui Serrano, and his Master of Music, Antonio Campos, moved to the football field of Barnes, Murcia, to dance along with representatives from other 72 centers, Primary and Secondary from different corners of the Region of Murcia (more than 2400 students).

This biannual meeting, which celebrates its fourth edition, was organized by the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment, CPR and Murcia I CEIP Santa Maria de Gracia, and might be interpreted as fourteen dances from different countries: Israel, Armenia, Ireland , Greece, Austria, Romania, ... After the colorful opening ceremony, danced by fourteen teachers and teachers choreographed by Roberto Lopez Pujol and Mari Cruz, the Santa Eulalia CEIP students danced with the other centers a total of eleven dances that after several months of rehearsals and preparation, defended with great enthusiasm.
