Municipal officials have met with the president of FAMDIF-COCEMFE Murcia, Carmen Gil, to see first hand the tools and means of integrating people with disabilities to promote their level of employment and equal opportunities for affected people.
They also had the opportunity to meet the employment exchange services, personalized career counseling, information and advice on jobs and training, support and monitoring in the itineraries of job placement and counseling for start-ups.
Similarly, the aforementioned Labour Integration Service provides services to entrepreneurs who need workers with disabilities through the employment exchange, recruitment tracking information and advice on grants and allowances from Social Security, tax exemptions and improvements in recruitment for this group, among others.
The City Council of Totana and has spent several years developing a project labor insertion of the hand of this organization, a pioneer in the Shire Valley Guadalentín, which have already signed and many other municipalities and agencies in the Region of Murcia.
