The event was organized on Saturday July 2 by the sports nutrition store and gym Fitness Natural Fitness Center Coliseum located at C / San Ildefonso corner with C / Damian Lopez de Totana.
Due to the extensive facilities of the Coliseum Fitness Center, about 30 attendees were able to make a workout led by Luis Vidal, forming several groups, following training methods recommended by this great champion.
Luis Vidal was pleasantly surprised at the gym, trying out several of the building machines and augur well for a facility in which residents and all nearby the town of Totana do not hesitate to get in shape go under supervision of the directors of the institute.
After training proceeded to a tasting of sports nutrition products (shakes, bars ...) by Natural Fitness store, while some attendees and took the opportunity to be photographed with the guest and make the first consultations.
After a meal of fellowship and always with the intention of strengthening ties between the sport of bodybuilding enthusiasts, we proceeded to a chat facility where Louis Natural Fitness posed to the approximately 30 attendees, their particular way of looking at training, sports nutrition and supplementation in relation to fat loss, delay aging, and so on.
It also replied to many of the questions raised by attendees.
After about 2 hours of talk we had the opportunity to enjoy an exhibition of Louis, after which the participants took the opportunity to re-photographed this great athlete.
At about 20.00 pm, was adjourned this 5th edition of the Campus Fitness Totana, leaving a great taste in both the organizers and the fans.
The organization is grateful to both Luis Vidal, as the sponsors, media partners and all participants arrived from various parts of Murcia and other Spanish provinces (Alicante, Cuenca, Almeria ...), requiring them all to the next edition of this event .
