Found in any of the following situations:
found high in the Special Agricultural Scheme or be receiving unemployment benefits or unemployment benefits or RAI or PRODI.
Be participating as an active worker in one of the obres included in the 2010 call program to promote rural employment "Employment District Councils."
Have contributed employed in the Special Agricultural Scheme a minimum of 540 days.
