It closes the Volunteer Management Course developed by "The Candle"

On Wednesday April 13 closed the Volunteer Management Course developed by the Collective for Social Promotion "The Candle" by Alter Project: Training of volunteers, developed in collaboration with the Fundación "la Caixa" and the Ayuntamiento de Totana.

The course lasted 15 hours, and was attended by 15 people involved with community associations.

Among the contents will be undertaken from the concept of volunteerism, volunteer characteristics and law, to volunteer management by associations, which will reflect the different stages from the time development of a voluntary plan, through the initial interview, development of activities to the voluntary departure of the association.

This course will be supplemented by four specific training modules will be developed during the month of May.

These modules address specific issues related to the various sectors of social voluntary intervention: the elderly, disability, immigration and rehabilitative interventions.
