The first prize of art in the form of painting has been collected by its author, Andrés David Durán Tennoury with the work "Water, Land and Life."
According to the painter, his title is that the conjunction of life can not be understood without the water, represented by a tap (allegory of man) and the seed, which in his bowl commended the female parent.
On the other hand, the mayor also has delivered the first prize in the category of sculpture Carlos Montero Gil, for his "Reflection."
