The Department of Culture raised to Full Council of Totana the final proposal, once the file, the Golden Shield Award from the loyal and noble city of Totana Totana Music Association attend this cultural organization all the qualities and merits that make it worthy of this honor and distinction.
The beginning of the procedure started with the agreement of the Consistory plenary on 27 February 2007, taking the document a total of 46 accessions of various groups in the local Education Centre.
The City Council will present the Golden Shield Association in a ceremony that will coincide with the 25th anniversary of it.
The wide path, their commitment to culture totanera and clear commitment to musical education of the members of the Association, has made it deserving of this award an institutional, as recognized by the mayor of Culture, Esther Esparza.
