The rehabilitation works of the facades, roofs and medians of the main street Triana, funded by the Directorate General of Land and Housing by 75 percent, have been completed.
The Councillor for Housing, María José Bedia, explained that it has undertaken the restoration of the facades of two buildings located on Main Street Triana, the number 2 and 8, the project has amounted to a total of 151,739 euros.
The Autonomous Community has awarded a grant of 75 percent of all of this work, 113,804 euros, which has allowed these two properties to recover their original state.
As indicated by the mayor, this performance has improved the quality of life for the residents of this area projecting a better image of the oldest buildings at a time and at the same time, these works have brought work to a sector much needed as the construction.
This is the first action was carried out in the area, in addition to comprehensive rehabilitation that is being developed in the district of San Roque, whose project seek funding to carry out the remediation of 40 facades.
Bedia has indicated that the rehabilitation of homes in the area of San Roque, Las Parras still open, so neighbors who want to request restoration of your home may be reported in the municipality and a technician from the Department will advise on the process.
