The Department of Education is reminding parents that the deadline to enroll their children in the program of work-life balance, as last year and worked in schools, ends on Thursday 23 September.
Through this service, which is free, is extended the opening hours of Schools from Monday to Friday, both in the morning (7:30 to 9:00 am) and afternoon (from 16:00 to 18 hours), when the children also receive educational support and engaged in leisure-time accompanied by a monitor.
The deadline is open until Thursday, and applications must be submitted to the Citizen Service Totana City Council (SAC).
The admission list will be posted in each school from September 29th.
Applications submitted after the deadline, will be the first process of selection from waiting list automatically.
As reported by the Department for the operation of this service in each school will establish a minimum number of students in each time zone, so it is recommended that the request indicate the time in which the child will go to the center.
This program, as explained by the Councillor for Education, Trini Cayuela, this year is funded by the Employment Service and Training and funded by the European Social Fund through the recruitment of seven professionals who have been strengthened with the inclusion of three more funded by the City.
Cayuela pointed out that this service is aimed at all families with school-age children have difficulties in reconciling work and family life, whether by the issue of schedules or lack of such resources in the area .
This project will seek to facilitate the reconciliation of work and family life, zoom in and provide meaningful experiences to children through recreational and educational processes, share personal experiences leading to common experiences of children and encourage interaction within the environment, among other issues.
