The Department of Commerce reports that it is open enrollment period for local establishments that wish to participate in the Outlet Fair to be held from September 30 to October 3 at the Plaza of the Constitution.

At this fair the shops can sell their wares making offers and discounts, so, as reported by the mayor of Commerce, María Isabel Sánchez Méndez, revitalize the economic sector of trade, much needed at this time.

The mayor has encouraged traders to become informed about the fair as soon as possible and to be placed 25 exhibitors in which businesses will be installed to sell their products.

Sánchez Ruiz has stated that merchants can sign up or request information or through the Merchants' Association or the Department of Commerce, located in the former premises of the local police.

For this exhibition, the Ministry of Universities, Business and Research through the Directorate General of Trade and Crafts has awarded a grant in the amount of 6,000 euros in order to foster local urban commerce, whose total budget amount of 10,324 euros, as reported by the council of Crafts.

The actions to be developed through this grant and the implementation of this program to encourage urban commerce, as explained by the council, will focus on establishing an area for holding the first fair trade outlets, their adequacy and provision of services for the event day.
