The Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, and Councilman and Comprehensive Maintenance Services of the City, Sergio Lopez, among other authorities opened last night Canary Garden Street, located in the suburb of San Roque, coinciding with the day celebrating his saint, with the procession and the traditional delivery of the guitars of "San Roque".
The refurbishment of comprehensive reform of the garden have been implemented by local store operators and staff of the Department of Facility Management Services and the City to respond to the needs expressed by the neighbors who came to demand a recreation area.
The actions that have taken place in this place, worth $ 3,000, have seen the creation and comprehensive preparation of this garden, children's furniture placement consisting of two springs and a swing swing, a source system irrigation network to optimize the procedure of it, and installing benches, at the request of neighbors.
Also, the mayor announced that the Department is working to improve light of the development including street Canarias, in addition to carrying out a comprehensive refurbishment of water supply services, such as the recently completed street Bolnuevo.
For his part, Mayor totanero recalled that the place where the garden is now a few years ago there were hardly any common areas or place to park the vehicles, but thanks to the development of this parcel in which have planned to build more than one hundred homes VPP, the neighborhood is known for being more modern and dynamic.
In addition, Martínez Andreo recalled that during the three year term have been in the neighborhood works and renovations in excess of one million euros.

On the other hand, the mayor recalled that the neighbors have a new clubhouse in the neighborhood, whose works have had a budget of more than 373,099 euros.
In terms of education facilities, the City Council has signed an agreement with the Ministry of Education of the Region of Murcia for the construction of the new bar double line in the development of "The Ramblita" to relocate all students in the CP "The Cross" in this new infrastructure.
The plot of the current school is to continue to use educational facilities so that future functionality will be considered, depending on the needs as they arise.
Also, according to the municipal councilor recalled, was carried out works of the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Area (ARI) in Barrio San Roque-Las Parras, through which it will be appropriate and will rehabilitate 40 homes.
These works will be carried out thanks to the signing of the agreement with the Ministry of Public Works and Planning and the Ministry of Housing.
