To implement the rules for conducting training courses and further training of workers in the city of Totana

The Department of Human Resources submitted a motion to the full City Council to establish the rules for conducting training and retraining of workers in the City of Totana.

Through this legislation will establish the criteria and guidelines in relation to vocational training or occupational training courses, congresses and training activities in accordance with the agreement of regulations governing working conditions of public employees and collective agreement of the City Council.

The Training Commission will be responsible for considering requests for training and professional development.

Training courses are usually voluntary, except for very specific needs of the service, when the course is compulsory and outside working hours, will be offset by a number of free hours to twice the hours of teaching assistance showing the course and travel time, provided it is directly related to the functions performed in the job that it performs.
