San Javier held on Saturday March 6 the Regional End of School Sports Orientation, organized by the General Directorate of Sports of the Region of Murcia, which had the participation of 15 school Totana, belonging to the educational centers La Cruz , Reina Sofía, San José, Juan de la Cierva and Prado Mayor.
In the competition highlighted the excellent results harvested by totaneros participants, getting three first places in the categories female fry, female cadet and female youth.
In the category female fry, the regional champion was the totanera Ania Lopez Blaya (Reina Sofía), while in the men's alevín category, the best classified totanero was Juan Tejedor Reverte (Reina Sofía), in the seventh position.
As for the female children's category, the second position achieved by Marta Martínez Barceló (Juan de la Cierva) also stood out;
while in female cadet, María Molino Castillo (Prado Mayor) also got the title of regional champion.
In addition, in the team modality, the IES Juan de la Cierva also managed to get on the podium, specifically in third place.
And in the female youth category, the regional champion was also totanera, Alba Martínez Ibáñez (Juan de la Cierva).
Finally, in masculine youth, Joaquín Cánovas Díaz (Juan de la Cierva) finished in sixth position of the general classification.
The competition concluded with the delivery of trophies and medals to the three best students and teams classified in the different categories, in which was present the general director of Sports of the Region of Murcia, Alonso Gómez López, and other local authorities of the organizing municipality .
