The Local Government Board has recently approved the initiation of the file for the contracting of the drafting of the basic project and execution and technical direction of the construction works to cover the current sports track and complementary works in the CEIP "San José" of Totana .
In this way, the proposal of the councilor of Finance and Contracting, Ana María Cánovas, which includes the list of economic-administrative legal clauses, as well as authorizing the expenditure thereof for the amount of 33,880 euros has been approved.
The purpose of the contract is the direction of the construction work for the covering of the sports track of the school, the reform of this track and the complementary works to accommodate this work to the rest of the group, which will require a modification of the accesses from the building from the center to the ski area, reforming the existing stairs and adding a ramp.
In addition, a structure of minimum dimensions 36 meters by 20 meters will be made, capable of completely covering the sports track, which will be displaced slightly approaching the building, to improve the integration with it, reduce the visual impact from the urban area and look for a better seat of the structure to be executed, moving away as far as possible from less firm terrain.
The offers will be presented at the Citizen Service (SAC) of the City of Totana, during business hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., within a period of fifteen calendar days counted from the day after the of publication of the tender announcement in the BORM and in the profile of the contracting party.
This contract satisfies the need to adapt existing sports facilities in the CEIP "San José", getting them suitable for the proper functioning of them, earmarked for a purpose in accordance with operational needs, before the inclemencies of the weather typical of this area .
Writing and construction work
In this sense, the document refers to the contracting of the drafting work, that is, the geotechnical study of the part of the plot affected by the work, the topographic survey, measurement and setting out;
basic and execution project, which will include or have as annexes all the projects of necessary facilities for the commissioning of the same;
health and safety coordination in the project phase;
and the safety and health study.
In addition, construction works are included, such as the preparation of the land and demolitions, the foundation, structure, enclosures, roofs, drainage and sanitation network, facilities, sports courts and other elements, pavements, stairs and ramps;
as well as what refers to the technical direction.
