The Municipal Center of Old People of Totana, located in the Plaza de la Balsa Vieja, has offered numerous activities and services to users for the new course 2017/2018, whose registration period is already open for the new season to complete the squares in each of the activities.
According to information from sources of the Department of Older People, the cost of classes, courses and workshops offered is 5 euros per month;
and this year they are again offering nine different activities for partners and users.
The program of activities includes the "Computer-New Technologies" courses, in which users undertake an introduction to basic computer science, Internet, email and tablet (Monday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and Thursday, 17:00 to 19:00 hours, training room);
and "Crafts and Embroidery" (Wednesday, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., audio-visual room).
The "Gymnastics for health" (Wednesday and Friday, from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm, auditorium), "Lecture room" (Thursday, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. audiovisual), and "Memory Workshop" (Monday, from 16:30 to 18:30, audio-visual room).
The program also includes the activities of "Ballroom" (Tuesdays, from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., auditorium), "Dressmaking" (Friday, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., audio-visual room), "Cultural trips and excursions" (information day and registration from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., board room), and "Family Lottery and Dance" (Sundays, 00 to 23:00 hours, auditorium).

The Municipal Center for the Elderly maintains a wide range of services for the 2017/2018 season this season such as cafeteria (Monday to Sunday summer from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and winter from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. - first floor), hairdresser (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. first floor) and podiatry (last Thursday of each month, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.).
In addition, lunch and dinner services (Monday to Saturday from 12:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. second floor), library and daily newspapers (Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 16:00 to 19:30 hours first floor-) and daytime service (from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:00 hours first floor-).
