In a ludic environment and full of summer activities the 16 participating users accompanied by a great group of volunteers have enjoyed 7 days of vacation where there has been only place for fun.
From zumba and aquagym in the pool area, to walks and visits to the surroundings, meals, laughter and accompaniment, and of course the evening evenings enjoying karaoke, being the protagonists of the model parade and attending live music.
And of course we do not want to forget about a very special ceremony that was held on Saturday !!
Two of our users dressed as a bride and groom to act as their "wedding", and where the guests, who were all handsome and even the "priest" who officiated the link, were present.
From PADISITO and on behalf of all the parents and guardians of the users who have participated in the camp, we deeply appreciate and appreciate the exceptional work that the group of volunteers has developed in a totally altruistic way throughout this week.
With Toñi at the head as president of this association and responsible of group, next to Encarnación, Angel, Natalia, Maria, Mª José, and Mª Ãngeles.
Also during the weekend they have accompanied the group Fran, Ana and Lucía that have made their visit.
Our users were also very excited about the visit of the Mayor of Totana, Andrés García Cánovas, who greeted all the users and also congratulated the volunteers and encouraged them to continue with the unquestionable task of this Association.
Remember that the main objective of PADISITO is to improve the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities and their families, and that this type of activities can be done thanks to the collaboration also of individuals and companies that throughout the year contribute and Collaborate with our collective, a thank you for them also from these lines, since their contribution is essential for our cause.
