The Treasury Department of the City of Totana has decided to apply large family bonuses on the Tax of Real Estate to a total of 155 families of Totana for the year 2017, according to its owner, Ana María Cánovas.
This resolution is established once the applications have been received by the interested parties to apply the bonus on the share of the Real Estate Tax according to the title of large family and after the study carried out by this department.
In this way, the 40% bonus is granted to a total of 132 families and 60% is applied to 23 families on the share of the Real Property Tax for the 2017 fiscal year. These are set for the large families that are in Possession of the title of general or special character, respectively;
And comply with the requirements stipulated in Article 11.4 of the Fiscal Regulatory Tax Ordinance.
In addition, it is reported that said bonus has been denied to 22 families, by exceeding the gross income of the family unit established in article 11.4 of the Tax Regulatory Tax Ordinance, since they do not meet the requirements for said concession.
Thus, a 40% bonus of the full tax rate is established for large families of a general category (up to four children) and 60% for special category families (five or more children).
The bonuses are granted every year at the request of the large family owner and the interested parties must submit the request for the bonus identifying the property, together with a photocopy of the document indicating the ownership of the property, a large family certificate, Photocopy of the personal income tax return sheet.
