The General Directorate of Highways is planning to finalize next week the works to repair and refurbish the section of the road C-7 of La Huerta, at the height of the Mission Cross, on the outskirts of the town, which recorded major damages Materials as a result of the rainy season in December and forced to cut a section of the road for several weeks.
In January, the General Direction of Roads processed the contracting of the works in order to respond to a problem that has been dragging since the end of last December.
The works, which are being carried out by the commercial "José Díaz García, SA", have a budget of 85,882.06 euros and have a period of execution of a month and a half, during which time this route will be cut to traffic.
This fact will force the C-7 road of La Huerta to be cut off to traffic during the period of time the actions in its communication with the urban center, which will lead to the use of alternative routes by El Rulo and El Cañico, among others.
