The Department of Education reports that until April 28, applications for the admission of students at Totana Children's School "Clara Campoamor" can be submitted for the course 2017/2018.
The Local Government Board has approved the proposal of the Councilor for Education, Eulalia Moreno, to initiate the pre-registration process for this municipal educational service, giving an account of the calendar, as well as the model and the scale to apply for admission.
The submission of applications lasts until April 28 and the publication of the provisional list will be May 8.
The complaints can be made until May 15 and the final publication of the list of admitted will be made public on May 22.
In addition, the confirmation of place will be made between 1 and 12 June presenting the receipt of payment of the registration fee by bank transfer or at the Municipal Collection Office.
Applications must be submitted to the Totana City Council Citizen Assistance Service (SAC), and those submitted after the deadline will be left out of the first selection process, automatically being put on the waiting list.
The necessary documents for the admission are a photocopy of the family book and a photocopy of the document proving the child's vaccines (both obligatory), a photocopy of the disability proof, if applicable, a photocopy of the last payroll (permanent workers), a photocopy of the last payroll Or labor contract (non-fixed workers), certificate-Social Security report indicating the relevant contribution system (agricultural or self-employed workers) and SEF card (unemployed workers).
The current schedules of the Children's School "Clara Campoamor" are: normal hours (without dining room) from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Normal hours (with dining room) from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and special time, with admission at 8:00 p.m. and departure at 5 p.m.
The current prices for the 2017/2018 course establish an attendance rate of 120 euros per month (dining quota not included) and a registration fee of 50 euros (only to be paid by new students).
