The Sports Association Peña Las Nueve invites you to a new edition of the XX Mountain Bike Marathon of Totana City, scoring test for the new Mountain Bike Circuit of the Region of Murcia.
The location of the departure and arrival area, is located in the Sports Center 6 de Diciembre, 2 km from Totana.
As for the route, we return to a distance similar to that of the 2015 edition with 49 km.
The first two thirds of the race is the same as the previous year, the climb of Collado de la Chaparras and the Path of Tanganeras and the ascent and spectacular descent of Roblecillo, with a major change in its final third, as we will rise The mythical Black Walls that you have made for years have not included in the course of our test.
Another novelty and that is in the final stretch of the test is the short and spectacular ascent to Cabezo de Los Yesares, all this in the Sierra Espuña environment will make any fan of this sport will not want to miss it.
These variants will make the final mileage of 49 km with 1400 m of positive gradient, will become a challenge for Mountain Bike fans making it even more attractive and fun.
The final point will be the bright arrival on the athletic track of the Sports Center December 6, making the arrival more beautiful and attractive for both the public and cyclists.
We also continue with the alternative circuit, with a course of about 32 km.
With a positive slope of 800 m where you can enjoy a different test, less competitive and where you will enjoy the landscapes of our beautiful Sierra Espuña.
