The Municipal Society for the Promotion of Industrial Land and Housing of Totana (PROINVITOSA) has made public the specifications for the sale, by means of an open procedure and economically more advantageous offer, of the P-40 and P-41 parcels of the Partial Industrial Plan " El Salar "IV Phase of Totana, including the infrastructures and buildings existing in said plots.
These consist of an industrial warehouse with an area of 1,000 square meters, a parking area with 35 seats for heavy vehicles and 14 seats for passenger cars, a fuel supply unit in which buildings exist.
The fuel supply unit has office space, toilets, storage and a canopy, equipped with electrical installation, telephony, fire protection, plumbing and sanitation, and storage tanks for diesel fuel A and B for the fuel supply, with Its corresponding dispensing apparatus, payment terminal, "Adblue" dispensing system and pre-installation for LPG tank, security cameras and extinguishers.
The initial tender price is 814,663.63 euros, being the procedure of selection and adjudication by auction, with proposals to increase, and not accepting proposals below this amount.
The offers will be presented in the offices of PROINVITOSA, located in the street Huertos Nuevos, 5 of the Industrial Estate El Saladar de Totana until next February 27, 2017, at 14:00 hours.
