Last Friday, November 29, 2016, a new group training workshop was started for the promotion and development of personal and social skills, key competences and pre-work, a workshop given by Project 2.0: Youth Guarantee, carried out by the Collective For the El Candil Social Promotion, which is financed by the European Social Fund within the framework of the Youth Employment Operational Program and by the Autonomous Community of Murcia, through the Murciano Institute of Social Action.
The project has its field of action in the five municipalities that make up the Bajo Guadalentín region (Totana, Aledo, Alhama de Murcia, Librilla and Mazarrón).
This workshop has a duration of 72 hours, where a total of 15 young people between the ages of 16 and 29 and beneficiaries of the National System of Youth Guarantee are receiving training to be able to perform effectively in everyday and work situations, obtain criteria of Selection of web resources for job search, learning about different job and educational resources, learning to use different techniques for job search and obtaining key competences in mathematics and competence in linguistic communication, all necessary for personal and professional growth .
From the project Labor 2.0: Youth Guarantee, with the group of young people who meet the requirements to participate in it, a series of actions are carried out, including: individualized socio-labor itineraries, formative group workshops, gender equality training and opportunities , Occupational training, socio-occupational guidance, leisure and leisure activities, all aimed at achieving the socio-labor insertion of the young participants or getting them to resume studies / training to improve their future employability.
