In addition, the motion signed by Councilman Víctor Balsas includes requesting the same department of the regional administration a subsidy of 60,000 euros for the development of the first phase of renewal of the fleet of municipal vehicles, by other electric or hybrid.
According to the motion, with the collaboration and technical advice of the Institute of Promotion of the Region of Murcia, the City of Totana has an energy audit carried out on four municipal buildings: Town Hall, Casa de las Contribuciones, Polideportivo de El Paretón And the Municipal Sports Pavilion "Manolo Ibáñez" which reflects a total investment of 242,288 euros.
The situation of debt of the City of Totana of 121.5 million euros, which has to allocate 25% of the current revenue of the budget to the payment of the same, which obliges us to pay suppliers above 200 Days and that the debt per inhabitant stands at 4,000 euros.
