The Paellas and Migas Competition, organized by the company "Paellas El Tirol" and with the collaboration of the Council of Festivities of the City of Totana, is held this Saturday, December 3, in the garden next to the fairgrounds, From noon.
According to information from sources in this department, to participate in the contest, it is mandatory to register until Friday, December 2 at the "La Cárcel" Sociocultural Center or at the Council of Celebrations (ground floor).
The organization will provide rice, meat and oil for paella;
And at 14:00 hours, the jury will fail the best paellas and migas.
In addition, it is recalled the prohibition of cooking these typical dishes with vegetable fire, so the participants must do it with camping-gas.
