First: To urge the General State Intervention to make a Technical and Legal Report on the Financial Economic Analysis presented by the company contracted for that management and 3 more.
Second: To request from the Ministry of Finance a Report on Debt and the economic management of Totana City Council and the municipal companies dependent on it.
Third: Ask the Court of Auditors of the Kingdom of Spain an Audit on the management in recent years of the City of Totana, providing all the documentation that is required of this process and the one deemed appropriate through the Information Commission of Finance.
Fourth: To request before the previous entities, to determine accounting responsibilities or of any type if they come.
Fifth: To transfer this agreement to the corresponding bodies.
