The Sports Council launched last Thursday September 15 the municipal program "Gymnastics Maintenance" which takes place in the gym facilities of "Jail" where they are offering the "Gymnastics Maintenance" and " Special gymnastics for Column "for three days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday), both in morning and afternoon.
They have also started classes "Gymnastics for the Disabled" in the Municipal Day Centre for people with mental illness, also for two days a week, but in this case in the morning;
Gymnastics and elderly Paretón, whose classes are taught in the center of people over this parish, also for two days a week, in the afternoon.
This municipal program of fitness will be completed with the "Gymnastics for the Elderly" in Totana, beginning classes on Wednesday, October 5, at the Center Senior Totana, also in the afternoon, and for two days week.
Registration for all these activities are open and can be formalized in the Municipal Gymnasium "Jail" in the case of fitness and the Special Gymnastics for the column;
while in the cases of the Disabled Gymnastics Senior couple and inscriptions they are formalized in the same places where the activity takes place.
