Totana City Council plans to start from this September the Service home help for dependents, under the agreement signed with the Instituto Murciano Social Action (IMAS) people.
The agreement was signed several months ago and has a term of between 1 September 2016 and 30 November 2017.
Service home help for people in situations of dependency is a service consists of the set of actions carried out at the home of people in situations of dependency in order to meet the needs of daily life and increase their autonomy, allowing the permanence in it.
Performances Service home help for people in situations of dependency are related to personal care designed to promote and maintain personal autonomy of the beneficiary, to encourage good habits and acquire basic skills in performing activities of daily living services.
In addition, care-related domestic or household needs, such as cleaning, washing, cooking or other services are also provided.
Under the agreement will be beneficiaries of the Service home help those who have recognized a situation of dependence on protectable degree and the right to service home help, by order of recognition of the right of access to such services as provided in your Individual Care Programme.
The total cost of this agreement including in such amount the contribution corresponding to the user under the rules of co-payment, during the period from the date September 1, 2016 and November 30, 2017, amounts to a maximum of 153,870 euros .
To determine the cost, taking into consideration the reference price Service home help for people in situations of dependency which is set at 14 euros / hour for services related to personal care and 9 euros / hour for services related to the care of domestic or household needs.
The contribution of the IMAS will 23,695.98 euros for 2016 and 94,783.92 euros for the remaining time of the agreement.
