Totana City Council will shortly submit to the Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructure the final document of rectification of technical deficiencies for the regional administration approved definitively the Municipal General Plan of Totana.
The municipal Plenum approved with votes in favor of Totana Win-IU, PP and PSOE C'sy against last night the proposal from the mayor to approve the documentation correction of deficiencies to the partial final approval of the General Plan 2011, approved by the Plenum in March 2015.
Corporate have given the green light now to documents drafted by the municipal technical services in relation to the deficiencies observed after the last report issued by the Planning Service of the Directorate General of Planning and Housing just a year ago.
Thus, it will raise the approved documentation, along with the dossier submitted to the competent Ministry to proceed to final approval in compliance with the Consolidated Law on Land in the Region of Murcia.
The Council approved definitively part the General Plan in April 2001 in the absence of the correction of deficiencies, although this did not affect the ratings of ground outside the town of Totana.
Again, in July last year the Directorate General of Planning and Housing revealed again the existence of a number of deficiencies to be remedied, which are now referred.
Now there has been a substantial change in the model of urban and regional development, given the small percentage of land that has undergone change in classification and especially considering that changes tend to lower buildable respect previously expected.
The municipality of Totana has 287,175,771 square meters, of which, after the rectifications made the modified total area of 8,574,804 square meters (2,98%).
Of these, the surface behaves soil classification change, from a developable developable land not protected by the planning amounts to 1,216,808 (0.42%);
and that involves changing soil classification, from inadequate developable land not developable is 6,033,452 square meters (2.10%).
Also, the surface not behave with such revision, soil classification change (change of category and specification of overall systems already quantified above) is 1,324,544 square meters (0.46%).
