The Governing Council has approved a proposal from the Department of Family and Equal Opportunity, an aid for a total amount of 118,479 euros for the maintenance of home help services for dependent people in Totana.
This budget will be allocated to the set of actions carried out at the home of people in situations of dependency in order to meet the needs of their daily lives.
They may be related to domestic needs or household services: cleaning, washing, cooking or others, as well as personal care and performing activities of daily living, as highlighted from the regional government said in a statement.
This service seeks professional care for dependent people in their homes, and continuous monitoring by the municipal social services.
