The councilman of Youth, Inmaculada Blazquez, chaired last week the V meeting of the Technical Coordination Board Youth Guarantee System of the municipalities of Aledo, Alhama de Murcia, Librilla and Totana.En the same technicians were present for the departments of youth, Education, Employment and Social Services, together with representatives from business, education and other municipal tissue areas of the four municipalities.
Plan Youth Guarantee is a European initiative that aims to facilitate the access of young people under 29 in the labor market and that is framed within the strategy of Young Entrepreneurship approved in February 2013 by the Ministry of Employment and Security.
Responsible for organizing this action at the regional level are the Employment Service and Training (SEF) and the Directorate General for Youth, who proposed the establishment of fourteen technical working groups, among which is that of the municipalities of Aledo, Alhama de Murcia, Librilla and Totana.
The basic objective is to establish a network of coordination to optimize educational resources, vocational and career guidance being offered by different institutions, youth organizations and social partners from the different municipalities.
During his speech, the mayor of Youth stressed that the program Youth Guarantee is a strong commitment to both job creation and for stable employment, as the measures to reduce unemployment among the population under 29 years are to establish recruitment incentives.
Prominent among them, a minimum of 500 euros exempt from the contribution base for permanent contracts for 24 months young beneficiaries of Youth Guarantee for contract full time or part time;
bonus of 300 euros for 6 months in business contributions to Social Security for permanent hiring of young people enrolled in the National Youth Guarantee System.
In addition, incentives of up to 100% are offered in business to Social Security for common contingencies in contracts in practice, reduced to 100% in employer contributions to Social Security for contract for training and learning as well as reduced contributions up to 100% of the employer's contribution for common contingencies for 12 months for the recruitment of young part-time training link.
Finally, the mayor recalled that since 2014 the city of Totana is developing the Program Youth Guarantee from the Department of Youth, both in the Socio-Cultural Center "Jail" as from the CLD located in the Industrial Estate "The Saladar ".
