The Local Government Board has recently approved the initiation and conduct of the tender procedure and contract documents for the award by open procedure, the special administrative contract to operate the bar-cafeteria in the municipal park "Marcos Ortiz" , according to the councilman Recruitment, Ana Canovas.

This procedure starts after completion of the existing contract so far and whose public service is linked to the municipal park, mandatory provision in the municipalities of more than 5,000 inhabitants.

All interested contractors may submit a proposal and a minimum annual fee of 15,000 euros is established.

The contractor must satisfy the aforementioned canon in natural quarterly periods in advance by debiting a bank.

The contract period is five years renewable for periods of one year to a maximum of ten years of the contract, including extensions, says the mayor of Procurement.

Bidders must provide a guarantee amounting to 500 euros that will respond to the maintenance of their offers until the contract award.

The provisional guarantee will automatically expire and will be returned to bidders after the contract award.
